Final Payment Due: November 1, 2027
A nonrefundable initial deposit of $500 per person is required at the time of booking to reserve your place on the trip. This deposit holds your spot but does not confirm your booking.
To secure your reservation and confirm accommodations, touring services, and internal flights, a total deposit of $1,000 per person must be received within 30 days of the initial deposit. Bookings are fully confirmed only after the full $1,000 deposit per person is paid.
Certain hotels, airlines, or specialty experiences may require additional deposits; these will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
Clients are welcome to make payments toward their trip at any time and in any amount.
However, the following mandatory payment deadlines apply:
- Initial Deposit: $500 per person due at booking to reserve a spot.
- Deposit Completion: Total deposit of $1,000 per person (including the initial $500) must be paid within 30 days of booking to confirm your reservation.
- IntraAsia Airfare Deposit: $1,000 per person is due by February 1, 2027.
Final Balance: Remaining trip balance due by November 1, 2027.
Please note: Failure to meet these deposit deadlines may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund terms apply as follows:
- From booking until 90 days before arrival: Initial deposit ($1,000 per person total) is nonrefundable.
- From 90 to 30 days prior: 50% of the total trip cost is nonrefundable.
- Less than 30 days prior: 100% of the total trip cost is nonrefundable.
- Shortening or cancellations onsite: 100% of the total trip cost is nonrefundable.
For this reason, travel insurance, including Cancel-For-Any-Reason (CFAR) coverage, is strongly recommended.
Trip pricing is based on current supplier rates, taxes, and exchange rates at the time of publication. In the event of significant changes in airfare costs, fuel surcharges, government taxes, currency exchange rates, or supplier pricing, Ryan F&T reserves the right to adjust trip pricing accordingly. Any such changes will be communicated to guests as soon as possible.
This journey is based on a minimum group size of 8 guests. If the minimum number of participants is not met, Ryan F&T reserves the right to cancel or restructure the trip.
In the event the trip must be canceled due to insufficient participation, guests will receive a full refund of all payments made to Ryan F&T, excluding any nonrefundable third-party supplier deposits or travel insurance premiums.
Ryan F&T will notify guests of any cancellation due to minimum group size no later than 90 days before departure.
